Registration - while the current tables are full, we highly encourage continued registration as we are operating a rolling waitlist. Meaning that as every group of 4 waitlisted players is reached, we will open an additional table and release more spots. This allows us to keep tables balanced and ensure fair, even play throughout the league. We will likely look to start closing out on opening tables around May 21st!

June: 8th, 15th & 22nd @ 6PM - 8PM

Event Timing: Session 1: June 8th, 15th, and 22nd @ 6PM - 8PM

                         Session 2: July 6th, 13th and 20th @ 6PM - 8PM

Parking: For this location, there is parking on both sides of the building, front and back! So if that front lot is full, there's plenty of spots on the other side!

One of the things we love most about the league is how it builds community and helps keep the game thriving. Each week you’ll come to play, connect with others, and have a chance to win some great prizes. During the league, we will introduce a points-based scoring system in place of traditional monetary play, but the atmosphere will remain friendly and low-key.

Additional information:

We will strive to place players at tables based on skill level. All levels are welcome, and we encourage both newer players and seasoned players to join!

Choose your skill level:

Beginner - "The Dot Squad"

Intermediate/advanced: "The Bam Society"

There will be a daily prize for First Mahjong, and scores will be tracked each week. At the end of the league, we will celebrate with a Grand Prize winner and a Runner-Up.

Pricing:

$125 per player for 1 session (3 weeks) or $225 per player for both sessions (6 weeks) - If you register before May 22nd you will receive an exclusive Cap City Mahj Summer Social League shirt at the start of the season.

Can't commit to a session? You can register as a substitute only -  If you want to be on the sub list, we will add you to a list that will be accessible to registered players and they will contact you to play in their place if unable to attend a day. Please note there is no shirt with this registration option and we can not guarantee an opportunity to play, however you may purchase a shirt if you want by completing the information below!

Food and drinks will be available for purchase at Columbus Brewing Beer Hall before, during (refreshments only during play) and after play.

If you can't make one of the days within the session you signed up for:

-If you know at the time of signing up there is a date you can't attend, be sure to mark your availability on the question below! You still need to find a sub

-Your best option - Send a friend to play in your place (your sub must know how to play Mahjong!)

-Use our provided sub-list and reach out to find a sub Can not guarantee this, sub list will depend on responses/sign ups

Please note: Any no show/no sub player will be penalized points from their overall total. Subs are playing for the registered player only, therefor any points earned by a sub will be applied to the registered player's total only. Subs can not win the grand prize/runner up, but can win the daily "First Mahj" prize!

Cancellations made before June 1 will incur a $25 fee. No refunds will be issued after June 1.
